These conditions apply to visitors of gusmilabs.com, to the waitlist, and to any order or subscription placed through the site, including early-access pricing.

The website and its content are provided for information purposes. Product descriptions, screenshots and roadmaps may be previews and are subject to change before general availability.

We work to keep the site available and accurate but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change. Promotional or early-access prices are valid while published and may end before general release.

An order is confirmed only when payment is approved and you receive a confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or legal restrictions, with a full refund where applicable.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges for the billing period you selected (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required by law. Invoices and receipts are issued electronically.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current period.

Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@gusmilabs.com.

Discounts, bundles and early-access benefits are personal, may not be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn if we detect abuse.

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, the GusMi and GusMiLabs marks and software, is owned by GusMiLabs or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the website content without our prior written permission.

When you send feedback, join the waitlist or share content with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the Services. You confirm you have the rights to share it.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, introduce malware, or use it for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.

The site may link to third-party resources such as payments, documentation or status pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is". GusMiLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

You agree to indemnify GusMiLabs against claims arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these conditions.

We may update these conditions; the current version is always posted here. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

These conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico.
