Terms of Service

By registering, accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@gusmilabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Service includes the GusMi modules. Some modules are live while others are in development, planning or early access; features, limits and interfaces may change as they evolve.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, store or share malicious code, attempt to bypass security or usage limits, reverse engineer the Service, or resell it without our written permission.

You are responsible for the content you and your users create, store or share through the Service.

Some features are powered by AI and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. AI output is a suggestion, not professional advice, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

Do not use AI features to generate content that is unlawful, harmful or deceptive, and do not use them to extract or replicate the underlying models.

GusMiLabs owns the Service, its software, design and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as payment, hosting, email and AI services. Your use of those integrations may be subject to their own terms.

We target a 99.9% uptime but the Service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Support is available through support@gusmilabs.com and, for eligible plans, through priority channels.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

On termination your right to use the Service ends. We will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention rules.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GusMiLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes means you accept them.
